I’ve discussed with Adrian and am comfortable we’re planning around delivery for Thursday 20th April of these effects.
I’d also like to advise that Adrian and his resources we have had in and around our home in the prep and installation phases have been absolutely outstanding. Professional, most courteous and extremely diligent in their activities and processes. Equally, they have been outstanding in accommodating our insecurities whether that be elevating the shell over the house, piling up mountains of excavated dirt, piloting excavation equipment around tight corners or guiding multiple heavy earth moving equipment in confined spaces.
The clean-up after the excavation and installation, inclusive of re-building part of our fence (taken down for ease of access) and removing or re-distributing the earth (piled up to our windows initially) has been absolutely first class.
Naturally this has been an extension of the quality of service, attention to detail and engagement overall from Office administration down.
So this has actually been a calm and pleasant experience from the customer side, thankyou and what a great advertisement for Nepean.

“We engaged the team at Nepean Pools in November 2015, after assessing a few of their competitors in the market, Nepean Pools immediately stood “head & shoulders” against the other Pool Co.’s we had met with , the main appeal at this early stage was the attitude, and approach of Adrian Garofali (Operations Manager) who promised he would oversee all aspects of the job ahead as a project manager. Adrian did not fail in this promise.
As this was the first pool we had ever purchased, we were quite naïve to the process and the complexity, and in hindsight began to realize that appointing Adrian and his team at Nepean Pools was the correct decision. We hit a few challenges along the way with the installation, which is pretty common, but each aspect of the installation was handled professionally and on time by the team at Nepean Pools.
I can highly recommend the team at Nepean, from Donna (Approvals) to the excavation team (Mark) they have all been very easy and professional to deal with, providing excellent advice and guidance
throughout the installation. They have delivered on ALL the promises (which is very rare nowadays in business) and kept to our budget guidelines.

The process of installing our pool became a drawn out one due to issues out of our control with my home builder. Nonetheless your entire team worked with us every step of the way to ensure our dreams where fulfilled with a beautiful swimming pool for the backyard.
Every contact we had within your company were faultless. We seemed to have issues at every step, but at every step your team were there to give advice, be patient or answer the phone call or email for us.
We are over the moon with the finished product and cannot find enough words to express how satisfied we are with Nepean Pools.
Maria, Donna and the rest of the admin team where always wonderful, polite and helpful to answer an email or phone call. Adrian was very helpful with coordinating the pool build with his team, and being very helpful when it came to sourcing appropriate tiling. Other suppliers separate to Nepean almost shattered our dreams with a major issue when it came to the tiles, but luckily Adrian and Shaun gave us some never forgotten advice. Shaun and his colleague laying the tiles where very professional and did an outstanding job laying them.
I wish I could name each team member, but I know I would miss someone out.
When trying to choose a company to build our pool we met with quite a number. What we found was price wise most of them where very similar, and the final cost would always come out almost the same in the end. We decided on Nepean based on how we felt about Romano and Maria. Our gut feeling turned out to be the best tool because their friendly and helpful nature flows through the entire team.
I would have no hesitation recommending Nepean Pools to anybody, anywhere and anytime.
